We had the cheese burgers (one regular-size, the other small). Both were delicious and of ample size. The regular fries came in a generous portion that was 3 times the size of the paper cup some of them came in. I'd consider the 40 we paid overpriced, but it's Gatlinburg. There are no "public restrooms," but when you buy something, you get a lock code for the restroom.
My service was excellent. A special thank you to James, who is always courteous. The burgers are always cooked to perfection. James has a great personality and is a great asset to your company.

How convenient of Five Guys right next to Baskin Robbins. The burgers are absolutely bussin, despite the overpriced items they have, it's worth it. I will say if you do end up getting the french fries, get the smallest size, they will put extra in your bag guaranteed all the time. I have to end up putting around 200 words on this review just so I can get the extra points for detailed review, but hey just go try it out. Plus it's near a famous area too
The food was great and Jordan d was very polite and helped my group of 5 peoples order separately he was great but there were way to many fries in the bag other than that it was great (the burger was under the fries in the pic)
I have to say, I had never been to a Five guys before. Was in Gatlinburg with family for a visit and we started to eat in a different restaurant. Unfortunately it was not my cup of tea, napkins and straw papers all over the floor, once we were seated we were ignored. We waited a bit watching the hosts play on her phone and then walked out and down to Five Guys! What a difference! It was clean, the clerk Ed was quick, friendly, and efficient. The food was out in no time and delicious. When they say"large fries" they are not kidding! The restrooms were clean and the whole experience was fun, relaxing and tasty. Oh did I mention they have complimentary Peanuts!!! DO NOT eat here before going to the Ripley's Haunted House. I just about shat myself when I got hit with a BIG scare. The food was pretty good, but it was all greased up so my stomach was churning HARD for a couple hours afterwards. It was not super enjoyable for my bowels, but it lowkey hit pretty hard in the moment.
EXCELLENT service! We went late and they weren't busy at all. They were super kind - even made sure to let us know that the large fries were big enough for four people. Of course, my husband and I ordered them anyway. But it was nice to be warned! The service was fast and the food was amazing as always! My husband has celiac, so his food has to be gluten-free and not come into contact with any gluten or else he gets very sick. We ate here and let them know about the allergen issues and they handled it perfectly and quickly. It was wonderful service and he didn't get sick, which is always fantastic. Awesome job, staff!
